Abstract The paper deals with application of the kinetic equations derived in [1] to situation, when the total mass of the dissoluted substance is divided into several parts, gradually added into molten metal. A method of calculation has been developed. The computer program is demonstrated in case of dissolution of chromium in molten iron at temperature 1600 °C.
