Influence of the forest dislocations on acoustic emission from deformed Zn single crystals (in Czech) DOSOUDIL, J., TROJANOVA, Z., LUKAC, P., CHMELIK, F., LAVRENTEV, F. F. vol. 33 (1995), no. 3, pp. 181 - 190
Abstract Zn single crystals with various densities of forest dislocations were deformed in pure shear in the (0001) 1/3 [11-20] slip system. Acoustic emission signal (AE) has been registered during deformation. In contrast to polycrystals the global maximum of the emission activity was found at higher strains. The AE activity is higher in samples with lower starting density of forest dislocations and registered events have higher energy.
